This was just an optimal selection for an overnight stay in San Agustin with fantastic value. The renovation made for fresh rooms and spacious pools. Bring a jacket for those chilly winter nights.

i almost thought about giving this place a good review, but the food was tasteless and dry, defintely not the gourmet experience i was hoping for. also, minimal shade by the pool left me baking in the sun—seriously, i woudl ve liked a complimentary upgrade or even a single extra umbrella to keep my comfort in mind.

great proximity to beaches and shopping centers for leisurely walks

I loved how close the hotel was to beautiful beaches like Playa de las Burras, just a 15-minute walk away, and also the San Agustin Shopping Center, which was only a little over a kilometer away for a relaxed stroll. it really made exploring San Agustin a breeze during my stay.

Perfect for families, the suite was spacious with a separate bedroom and a nice balcony. The restaurant offered healthy choices and the buffet was delightful. My child loved the evening entertainment. Playgrounds and pools were great for kids! 🌊

My children wanted more shade areas by the pool.

Diving into the tropical delights, the buffet had its moments, rotating menus kept our taste buds on their toes. The pools were perfect for the kiddos, making a splash in their vibrant spaces. Staff were champs, swooping in to save the day when we needed them. 🌞

Despite the cool vibes, getting to our ground floor room felt like a mini adventure with a stroller—those few stairs were a bummer. Plus, a few more shade options by the pool would’ve been sweet, and the drinks needed a touch more sparkle.

I had the best three days with my family! The diverse dining options ensured that even the pickiest eaters were satisfied, with freshly prepared dishes at every meal. Our Suite View was spacious, offering a cozy yet luxurious vibe. 🌊🎉

Wonderful family fun at the pool

The hotel offered a fantastic experience for families, highlighted by the spacious pools and engaging evening shows that kept everyone entertained. Plus, the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

However, the restriction on using floats in most pools was a bit disappointing, especially for the kids who love to play with them. Also, check-in was slightly confusing, making our arrival less smooth than expected.

This place suits me perfectly with great food, friendly staff, and nice amenities like the heated swimming pool and free wifi. I remember on my first stay, the staff helped me with my suitcases. I’ll definitely be back for a city break!

We stayed in a Family Room, and it was pretty spacious for us. The walk-in closet was a nice bonus for all our luggage. The room was clean, and the staff kept it tidy every day. Just a heads up, the beds weren’t the most comfortable ever, but they did the trick. The bathroom was decent-sized too, which was handy with the kids. Overall, it met our expectations without any major complaints.
